Trevez Terrell, Medical Examiner Identifies Man in Three-Vehicle Crash on Route 91 in Hudson.
Authorities have identified the man who died in a three-vehicle crash earlier this week in Hudson. According to the Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office, the victim was 43-year-old Trevez Terrell, a native of Akron. Officials confirmed his identity following the Feb. 18 collision.
The crash occurred around 5:34 a.m. Wednesday on Route 91 near Hines Hill Road. The Hudson Police Department and Hudson Fire Department responded to reports of a multi-vehicle crash in the area.
First responders arrived to find three vehicles involved. Terrell, who was driving one of the vehicles, was pronounced deceased at the scene, authorities said.
Police reported that additional individuals in the other vehicles sustained injuries and were transported to local hospitals for treatment. Officials have not released updates on their current conditions.
The circumstances leading up to the crash remain under investigation. The Hudson Police Department is working alongside the Summit Metro Crash Response Team to determine what factors may have contributed to the collision.
