Authorities in Charleston County have identified the man who died in a Wednesday night shooting outside KC Mulligans. The victim, 29-year-old Kevin Lamar Green of Ladson, was pronounced dead at the scene around 11:35 p.m., according to the Charleston County Coroner’s Office.
The North Charleston Police Department reported that a 17-year-old from Summerville, Maxwell Thomas Koller, was arrested in connection with the shooting. Koller was located in Midway, Georgia, by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and is expected to be charged as an adult with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Police also indicated that Koller’s parents, 55-year-old Thomas Koller and 52-year-old Renee Koller, are facing charges of accessory after the fact, as they are alleged to have assisted in their son’s attempted getaway. All arrests were made following a coordinated investigation by law enforcement.
