Angel Dunham, Missouri Woman Dies in Early Morning Crash in Arkansas.
Angel Dunham – A 43-year-old Missouri woman has died following a two-vehicle crash in Arkansas early Friday morning, authorities said.
According to a crash summary released by the Arkansas Department of Public Safety, Angel Dunham of Newburg, Missouri, was pronounced dead at the scene around 5:50 a.m. on Feb. 27. The collision occurred on State Highway 135 near Rural, Arkansas.
Officials reported that a 2016 Toyota Tundra, driven by a 55-year-old man from Jonesboro, Arkansas, was traveling with two passengers when the driver attempted to pass a semi-truck. During that maneuver, the vehicle collided with a 2008 Cadillac Escalade driven by Dunham.
Authorities confirmed that Dunham’s next of kin have been notified.
The driver of the Toyota and his two passengers, identified in the report as Joshua Beasley, 51, and Jackson Beasley, 23, sustained injuries in the crash. Their conditions were not immediately released.
Troopers with the Arkansas State Police responded to the scene. Investigators noted that dense fog was present at the time of the crash, though road conditions were reported to be dry.
The incident remains under investigation, and no further details have been released at this time.
